Varietal:   60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Franc
Region:    Eden Valley, South Australia
Colour:     Purple with a violet hue
Nose:        Plum with hints of tobacco leaf and sweet briar
Palate:      A very soft yet layered wine. The Merlot gives the rich black fruit while the Cabernet Franc gives length and structure.
Maturation: 12 months in French oak
Cellaring Potential: Drink now but will age gracefully over the next eight to ten years
