Fassbind Les Vieilles Veux Kirsch

This noble, carefully distilled and matured fruit brandy is made from ripe Swiss cherries. The Rigi region is famous for its tasty cherries and the cherry brandy obtained from the fruit.Immediately after the harvest, the fresh fruit is delivered to us and mashed immediately. After the fermentation is complete, we distilled the fully ripe cherries together with their fruit stones, which produce the typical almond note and aroma for the Kirsch.
