Yellow straw with with Nashi pear, lemon blossom and honeysuckle overlaying a background of talc minerality note .Layers of fresh pear and lemon zest combine to give this wine a fleshy, generous, fruit driven palate. Light mineral notes and pretty florals add to the length and complexity Palete. A gentle acid backbone and a delicate textural finish complete the wine.
Style: An easy drinking, medium bodied, dry white with light acidity and a subtle textural finish. A versatile wine that pairs well with many Asian style dishes, or a range of other fresh and tasty foods. A few glasses, by itself on a lazy Sunday afternoon is quite acceptable as well.
