Fassbind Honig-Chruter Schalle-Bur
The herbal mixture, for the production of Honig-Chrüter Schälle-Bur, is made according to the old family recipe. Enriched with berries and roots, the mixture is first macerated and then carefully distilled. To preserve the unique character, this mixture remains the secret of the Fassbind distillery.
This Chrüter is refined by adding the finest Swiss forest honey. This combination creates the unique aroma of the Honig-Chrüter, herbal honey spirit.

Tasting Notes
Colour : Rich gold.
Nose : Fragrant with forest honey, fennel, nut biscuits and pine cones, with notes of cardamom and a hint of bacon and cinnamon bread.
Palate : Herbal aromas with a fine anise note, beautiful honey sweetness and hints of butter toast.
Finish : Very pleasant sweetness, long lasting.
