The various ingredients such as juniper, gentian, woodruff, anise, mint, etc., are first macerated and then carefully distilled and give the Chrüter Schälle-Bur its unique aroma

    Nose : Aromas of anise, herbs and fennel, with balanced sweetness, slightly medicinal.

    Palate : Harmonious herbs with pronounced fennel and aniseed bouquet, slightly peppery.

    Finish : Soft and long finish with mint and dark chocolate notes.
