  • Tasting Notes

    Vibrant cherry red with a deep concentration and garnet highlights on the rim On first inspection, the wine is clean and expressive, revealing subtle oak and spice notes. Upon aeration, forest fruit aromas emerge, with prominent black fruit, such as blackberry. As the fruit evolves, distinctive mineral notes, typical of high-altitude vineyards and calcareous soils, come through, accompanied by delicate powdery nuances that add complexity and vibrancy. Floral notes of blue flowers, such as violets, are also present.
