Dark ruby in colour and exhibits of red fruit, licorice, and strawberry jam. Straight forward in style, it offers tart cherry on the palate with chewy and slightly astringent tannins on the finish. Young, fresh nose-there's some hidden depths in there and what a lovely palate. Very soft tannins, ripe, dry fruit and full expression of decent Tempranillo fruit (all ripe, crushed red fruits, spic and plums).

Game dishes, poultry, pork and piglet and fusion gastronomy with strong flavours and even spicy hot dishes.
