Beautiful light golden colour with olive shimmering. The aroma of wine reveals fresh tones of citrus fruits, freshly cut grass and green pepper. The wine has a pleasant, soft, light, refreshing fruit taste with mineral notes, an excellent balance of acidity and an elegant, dry, slightly mineral aftertaste. 

This  Sauvignon Blanc is ideally combined with fish dishes, shellfish, oysters and other seafood. It is also recommended to serve wine with an omelette with herbs, spaghetti, Mexican, Thai and Chinese dishes, light salads, fruits and desserts.
